Accommodation : Villa, 12 Double/Twin option bedrooms (sleeps 24), 2 sofa bed at an extra cost ( sleeps 4 ), 1 dining/sitting room, 1 kitchen, 9 bathrooms, swimming pool, private parking area and terrace. This can be rented upto 24 people with 12 bedrooms but can also be rented with 9 bedrooms for 18people. Price varies depending in number if people.

Villa Solaria with its swimming pool, is ideal for holidays and to accommodate holidaymakers who come for celebrating ceremonies and events in the enchanting Sorrento Coast.

Villa Solaria consists of 12 bedrooms, each one is decorated with trendy design and all have sea view.

Each room has a different name according to its views and with the following facilities: Air conditioned, fridge, Internet cable or Wi-fi connection, Kitchenette, Satellite Tv Lcd 32.

Villa Solaria is located in Massa Lubrense, in an unique place for traditions and natural beauty, very renowned for its cuisine, a few kilometers from Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Capri and Pompeii.

This Villa also offers :

-Dining room overlooking the pool and the island of Capri

-Swimming pool ( size 12 m x 8.5 m) with a minimum depth of 0.90 m up to 2,3 m

-Panoramic terrace ideal place for meals during the summer. It also acts as a sun deck and lounge for afternoon refreshment.

-Solarium located above the pool equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers.

Type of accomodation

Holiday rentals are properties that vary between apartments, homes and villas. Each are considerate properties self-catering.

All self-catering properties are fully furnished and supplied with household equipment such as cutlery and crockery, although in some cases you’ll be charged extra for linen or towels as well as for gas and electricity, this varies according to the property and owners requirements. 

A mandatory cleaning fee may apply in the amount specified in the property notes and is payable locally, on arrival. Midweek maid service with daily change of linen and towels if not specified is never included. Even when the tenant must pay the final cleaning costs, the tenant is obliged to remove the rubbish and to leave the property in a clean and tidy state, otherwise there may be further cost deductions above and beyond those already owed. 

We do not provide coffee and tea facilities, groceries such as water, oil, salt etc. , toiletry ( soap, toilet paper , shampoo ), laundry ( washing machine soap etc. ) this must be arranged previously by the guest or in resort. It is entirely up to the owners discretion to offer certain facilities and welcome gifts.

- The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.

-CHECK-IN is between 15.30p.m and 21.00p.m and CHECK-OUT is before 10.00a.m.

- Security Deposit to pay on arrival in cash € 1.000 (refundable on departure)
